About Us
Signal Hill is located on the east side of Yale Avenue at 84th Street. It is a gated community that began development in 1991. There are 80 houses situated among the 95 lots in the development. Several residents own more than 1 lot, including 1.33 to 4 lots. There are 4 houses under construction and only 1 lot left for future construction. Each lot is 1/3 acre or more, and each home has over 3,000 square feet of living space. The rolling hills, wooded lots, winding streets and unique and diverse architecture translate into stunning curb appeal and fantastic views.
Residents - As a Signal Hill resident, you have full access to this website with your user name and password. The following pages are password protected, which are only available to residents and lot owners:
- Governance - Board Members, Covenants, Dues, etc.
- Financials - Updated on the 1st day of each month (reports, trends, dues, utilities, etc.)
- Capital Improvements - Recent and historical neighborhood improvements
- Gates - Gate transmitters, proximity cards, PikePasses, TransCore stickers, codes, etc.
- News - Messages from the President (Annual Meeting planned for June, see April Board Minutes and note that we have a new mailing address)
- Wildlife and Pets - Recent photos of wildlife and pet news
- Accidents and Incidents - Videos and photos of activities in and about Signal Hill
